1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, platforms, events, programs, services, and offerings operated by Create Wealth Network Inc. (“Create Wealth Network,” “CWN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, registering for an event, purchasing a program, becoming a referral partner, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Canadian law to use our services.
By using our services, you represent that you are acting for business, professional, or personal development purposes.
3. Our Services
Create Wealth Network provides, but is not limited to:
Business education and coaching programs
Live and virtual events (including The Business Stage)
Sponsorship and branding opportunities
Referral and commission-based partner programs
Digital content, tools, and resources
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
4. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims
Create Wealth Network does not guarantee:
Business success
Income, profits, or commissions
Leads, referrals, or sales
Specific outcomes from events, sponsorships, or programs
All results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.
Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
5. Events & Networking Disclaimer
Attendance at events does not guarantee:
Business deals
Partnerships
Referrals
Sponsorship exposure outcomes
All networking outcomes are voluntary and participant-driven.
6. Sponsorships
Sponsorships are provided on a time-based promotional basis, typically 30 days per session unless otherwise stated in writing.
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once promotional activities begin.
Create Wealth Network does not guarantee impressions, leads, or conversions.
7. Referral & Commission Program
Independent Contractor Relationship
All referral partners and commission earners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, joint venture partners, or representatives of Create Wealth Network.
You have no authority to bind Create Wealth Network or act on its behalf.
Commission Structure
Commissions are earned only on approved, paid sponsorships or programs
Commission percentages and structures may change at any time
Payments are made only after funds are received and cleared
Taxes & Reporting
You are solely responsible for:
Reporting income
Paying all applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes
Registering for HST/GST if required
Create Wealth Network does not provide tax advice.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Misrepresent Create Wealth Network or its offerings
Make false income or performance claims
Spam or engage in deceptive marketing
Violate Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
Infringe on intellectual property
Harass, defame, or mislead others
Violation may result in immediate termination without compensation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, materials, videos, programs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Create Wealth Network Inc.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or modify any content without written permission.
10. Payments & Refunds
All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Refunds, if offered, are subject to the specific terms of the program, event, or service purchased.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create Wealth Network Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Create Wealth Network Inc., its directors, officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your actions, use of services, or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or act in a manner harmful to the platform or community.
14. Privacy
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information in compliance with PIPEDA (Canada).
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
